If you receive a product with missing pieces, broken plaster idols, or damaged paint pots, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof Requirement: To help us verify the damage, please share a clear photo or unboxing video of the damaged item along with your Order ID to our support team.
- Instant Dispatch: Once verified, we will dispatch a free replacement to you within 2 business days.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened kits, used paint sets, or items damaged due to improper handling after delivery cannot be returned.
If a replacement is unavailable for a damaged product, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
